How to Educate tribal youngsters to become a valuable contributor in the society?

Some points of non graduation in now a days situation:

School are already being damaged by some self and foreign elements
every tribal doesn't afford himself
War on self made terror is going on
Hostility to each other is still present for each other in tribal pukhtoons

Then how we focus on educating our yougsters in the case when we can't afford foreign studies???????????????
Please can any one answer this whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy?????????????

we, pukhtoon and specially the tribal s are experiencing the worst ever stage of history. It is a very much debatable topic. that our educational institutions are destroyed. we the tribal s must work for the best of our future. the governments are not that much interested in the rehabilitation of tribal areas.

For concentrating on our education we must have to aware our community about the importance of education their should be a full fledged campaign in our areas in this regard.. secondly we have to take initiatives to protect our schools nd colleges on our own way coz we all know that govt will not do any thing for us except to make us IDPs.. thirdly we must have to protect the staff of our colleges nd schools... nd fourthly we must have to end the Kalashnikov culture nd start the culture of books nd pens.. if we cant do all these i m sorry to say that it will be then disastrous for us...
